Rediff Online Shopping — Item not delivered | |||
I just ordered a samsung battery but this rediff online shopping is the worst i have ever seen. The customer care executives are real stupids and so their supervisors, they keep on repeating that your item will reach in next 24 hrs but no one cares there. I have sent many emails but no reply. If you call their center first of all they will take 15 minutes (Minimum) to ans the call and if you ask something they cant answer they will disconnect the call. Never ever go for rediff online shopping. Every time i have to explain the whole again and Again and no one is not even able to tell me that where exactly my Packet is. Even one of the supervisor (Rakesh) disconnected my call in Between after keeping me hold for further 10 mins Note: next thing i am going to register the case in consumer court if I am not getting any response within 24 hours from now.
