[Resolved]  Rediff Shopping — Defected Product - Cancellation required

Hi I had ordered VOX Combo Car Stereo with FM, MP3, USB, SD 2 Speaker 2 Tweeter from Rediff Shopping. The product I received is of very poor quality and also FM is also not working. The size of the speakers is very small that doesn't fits in my car slots. I don’t expect Rediff.com to sell such kind of products on their web site. I requested the cancellation of order on the same day I recived it (Date : 18/11/2014 ) . I requested to arrange the pick-up for this product over the over the e-mail and phone multiple time but didn't got any response till now. I called customer care atleast 6-7 time for this and every time they told me, you will get response from them today.
