Rediff Shopping — Deliver broken watch now not ready to refund | |||||
I m sunil kumar, i ordered a watch from rediff shopping on 6-may 2016.. Order number 24586668.. But they delivered me a watch with broken strap also its not branded and they charged me 587/-rs for a local broken watch. After that i request for refund on 8-may 2016 and they given me complaint number[protected] after 2-days i got a mail and reply the same for refund. Now its almost 12-days i didn't get my refund and they keep saying same thing that we mailed you a link fill it and send us but they didn't send me anything after 12-may 2016 as u see i attached my gmail inbox screenshot. They collected the watch on 13th may 2016 with receipt as i attached the same. Now whenever i called for refund they said same thing we mailed you you link but as you can see in attachment. I also send my account details manually as per customer care instruction but still nothing happened.. Plz do something for this. I m hopeless now. I don't think they are going to refund me. they didn't solve my problem still i didn't get any refund ..only they calling me and saying same thing we mailed you the link..i don't know on what email id they send it..i also attached my gmail screen shot.
