[Resolved] Rediff Shopping — I am not getting my product and any replies. After 10 days there is no reply. | |||
Hi, This is rajarmaan, I order one product ( SUNBABY Activity Musical Walker ) INR 2118. Order no is 9442878.Still i didn't received my product. If i check about status. its like "Awaiting Dispatch". Today is 10th day.Even i didn'treceive any reply for my mails. I sent many mails.product vendor name is Pearl Technologies ( Hotdealsfrompearl ).customer care is always busy.By luck one time i got connected with customer care, Eventhough they didnt responce properly.my complain no. is[protected].Rediff.com / Rediff shopping is cheating company . Now only i realize that.Please dont buy anything from rediff shopping. Thats why i write here. How can i get back my money? is it possible? Hi, Thanks for the reply, Still i am not received my product. 2 weeks completed.I asked you to return money. Why you don't do that.Now Delivery status is Handed Over To Courier on 11-APR-2014 but today is16.04.14. There is no tracking no. There is no phone no. There is no message.Dear site admin, What can i do for this? Customer care not replying properly, They just cut my call.I have plan to go consumer court . What is the procedure for that.I am waiting for your kind reply.ThanksRajaraman R|
