Rediff Shopping — Non delievery of product ordered

Address:Dehradun, Uttarakhand

i booked my product ( Order number[protected] On 10th december 2014 and i was told that order will be delievered on 17th december 2014 Through red express . But till date i.e 26th december 2014 I have not received it . I have send many mail but no reply till date . Kindly tell me the status of my order.
