[Resolved] Rediff Shopping — Order id[protected] received defective product and following up for replacement or refund but not getting proper response from rediff team | |||
I have ordered a flip cover of carbon mobile the order number is 10780244, we received a defective product and immidiately we dropped email to rediff as per process to initiate replacement or refund however after then initial communication to send picture I have received zero response on the refund or replacement. If they dont have return policy then why they are cheating customer online doing this? Was this information helpful? | |||
