Rediff Shopping — Order not delivered and not cancelled after repeated requests

Order id: 12086671 I have not received order for last one month, and even not cancelled . the AWB no provided is invalid that belongs to velocity couriers. inspite of calling them several times, issue is not resolved yet. looks like they are accumulating small amounts from thousands of customers for their business rotation and making fun of customers. will anybody suggest, how to take appropriate action on rediff please
