Rediff Shopping — Order not received

I had made an order with rediff shopping on 14th july 2015, and my order no is11876458, the amount have been paid through my debit card, i have talked with the customer care and also written a complaint e-mail to the concern, but their answer is, "we are looking into it and will get back to you".This is really irritating, and getting no response .
