Dear Sir, I have purchased this P1000 Children education TABLET on 14.07.2014 through Rediff shopping.com and same was delivered on 16.07.2014 at my home address. When I opened the product on 17.07.2014 same was not in working condition. I have registered complaint against rediff.com on 18.07.2014 through telecom and E-mails. I have told to customer care to replace my product or refund my money Still I have not received any satisfactory answer from Rediff team.
