Rediff Shopping — Rediff Order Lost by Ecom Express | |||
Hi Guys, I made an order for Nike AIrmax 2015 shoes on 4th of June and received a message that the order will reach me by 9th of June. I checked the consignment tracker on ecom express website and it said undelivered with error code 311. When I equired ecom guys they told me that the box is either lost or untraceable. I paid Rs4348/- for those shoes and now they are lost. Kindly look into the matter. Also, attached herewith is screenshot of the Ecom express consignment status.
