Rediff Shopping — Rediff Shopping - Fraud and cheating the customers

Hi, I had ordered a gift box of Rakhi for my brother, who is put up in Chennai. I had an ordered on 20/8/15, till now the ordered doesn't reach to destination. I am following with customer care and courier since last 4 days. The courier service and rediff is pathetic and don't have any information. Simply both of them are wasting my money and they doesn't bother about customers. The courier service named by ST Courier are cheaters and no concern about customers. So, Guys my sincere request is not to Buy any thing from Rediff shopping.
