Rediff Shopping — samsung mobile purchased is faulty

I purchased a samsung mobile on date 11 sep, 2014 transaction number 21510902 .after 1 month it is not working properly not receiving any call not dialling any call.when i talk to toll free ie customer care no they are saying after one month we cant do anything.well as a customer we are facing such type of feedback from their side . Please help us
