My order No. 11036682 of SUN GLASSES of [protected]@BLK-GRN: RB3026 Aviator Style Designer Sunglasses Black Frame/Green Lens, But I received Rb3026 Aviator Style Designer Sunglasses Black Frame/light Blue Gradient, I am not Satisfied with that product. It was MISMATCH.I had paid for the item by cash to the COURIER PERSON, because it is a CASH ON DELIVERY. As instructed by Rediff Support on phone, I attached the pictures of the item, and requested to pick-up and replace the product. Please note : - Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging. - Mention the Order No. on the Parcel. - Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit. Kindly revert us back on the same mail, once the product has been pickup up by the logistic, so that we may proceed further for refund/replacement accordingly. Also kindly forward us the attached scan POD copy of the logistic courier (.jpeg format and keep the file size below 2 MB), once your pickup is done, which will be given to you when the product will be picked up. I am handover the product to the courier as you refer NAMED ARAMEX on 23/01/2015 at 5:30 pm. I have sent 19 follow-up emails and also contact through call centre but no response.
