Rediff.com India — Most fraudulent site

Rediff doesn't have any mechanism to take feedback from the customer about the product or seller, but is you see they are still giving ratings on their own to fool people. The seller i bought from has a rating of 4.5/5 though i cannot rate him after the purchase.

After the purchase i wrote the following to them and the seller but they still sent me the wrong product, looks like cheating, fraud and scamming customers is their default behavior which they cannot change.
