Jun 21, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The company took my issue as soon as they saw my mail and resolved the complaint in 4-5 hrs.
The executive were very prompt and polite.they provided me questionnaire to verify whether the account belonged to me and after the verification was complete, they immediately gave back the access to my id.
following is the email id i received mail from:

the only issue i faced that rediff don't have 24 hrs customer care and as my id was hacked in the night i have to wait for 12 hrs to contact the customer care.this was the big issue in itself as hacker can use any information in 12 hrs..its a big time. Rediff.com India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
