3rd reminder

I have booked surat tex multicolor silk casual wear printed sarees with unstitched blouse vide order no. 13878671 and it will be deliver by 24 oct. 2016 by kalazone silk mills. The seller mentioned in tracking that it has been dispatched vide awb number : eg[protected]in through india post on 19.10.2016. I have already paid the payment for the same. When i am tracking with india post, it shows that no consignment. I have talk with your customer care. He tell me i will trace and inform you, but no information nor sarees received till date. This is very bed image with rediff shoping. Who will do shoping...
