Hi, I have receive (12 L OTG (Oven, Toaster, Griller)) this product in january 2016 with fully damaged condition ( pl see attached images) and productis returned to dealer but refund amount is not received yet and no any reply received from site & dealer after so many calls & mails from my side. this is worst services they provided me finally i decided to complaint with consumer complaints. please help me ot of this problem. product details are as follows. please revert back to me. same thing happen to me i have been facing major trouble due to idoit fraud services i have purchase modem it have defective still none of call from rediff idoits vendor also
