Maha hing roll is the name of the product which was sent to me by rediff in leaking condition. Same product was returned to the seller in person by myself on 9 January 2016 as per rediff policies. Till now I have made at least 30 phone calls and 20 emails to rediff asking to provide a refund of INR 1286 however no response received from them till date. Customer service tea leaders name is Manish Chouhan. REQUEST CONSUMER COURT TEAM TO STRICTLY INTERVENE IN THIS MATTER AND HELP ME RECEIVE REFUND AMOUNT WITH INTEREST OF 8 MONTHS.
