Hi sir, i ordered books on rediff.com on 12th july 2016. But my order has not been received yet. They sent, expected delivery date is 16th july 2016. I called and complained to their customer care. They said, will receive your product soon. I am waiting still now. There is no option to cancel order through the web site. Please check the below attachment for my order details. Please take necessary action for this thank you.
