Rediffmail — Complaint regarding duplicate delivery of product

Respected M/s, I ordered cascio scientific calculator FX-991MS from Rediff website, but i received a duplicate calculator from the company. However customer care has replied for changing the calculator but he is asking to return the product with original packing, but i have lost the original packaging stuffs, so ill send the product without original packing. This hapenend because initially I didn't found the calculator to be duplicate however my uncle saw and told me about this and by that time I didn't kept the packaging stuffs with me. So I request you to talk to Rediff about this as the mistake was from their side and this is most horrible thing that such a reputed company is selling duplicate products on their website.
