Dear Sir, I have purchased TV VIDEO GAME WITH 2 JOYSTICK, GUN AND ADAPTER Through online at www.rediffshopping.com Order no. is 9411313 I have received the product & found it is defective. Have communicated the same to rediff shopping through mail & they informed that, kindly send the defective product to the vendor. I have sent the same on 01/04/2014 & it has reached to the vendor on the next day Still now (07/04/2014) i have not received the replaced goods & also courier bill Product value Rs.784 ( Paid through online) Courier bill Rs.620 (paid cash) have contact them through phone there is no proper response.
