Redlion Controls Inc — Unethically Forced to resign against appoinment letter policy and cyber crime

I worked for Redlion Controls Inc USA based company for their India operation after my previous company acquired by them, After one year of service i was made out unethically and even though i was tried to terminate by emailing my termination letter by my well famous unethical crook Manager ( who already charged severe allegations on the subject unethical business practices by previous two seniors employees of company who too made out badly by this tricky Manager because they attempted to complaint against him to the next management in USA. My job contract agreement implies one year probation unless get confirmation email of permanent employee but going against appointment agreement first he tried to terminate me by sending termination letter without any valid reason in wriiten to me however, i fought for this and through email i requested to resign on one month notice as per my agreement with company, but still he forced me to resign on 15 days notice for relieving my services, since i had no option left and i resigned and got relieved, Although i had a loss of my 15 days salary about 55 thousand INR and moreover i am still facing problem while showing my relieving letter to HR deptt / or while interviews and HR people raise question to me that why i got relieved on 15 days rather than one month as it implies i was found unfit for that job role and that was the reason company made me out on 15 days notice. I found that previous Manager i worked under is still gives wrong feedback for me while referral checks by other employers before hiring me. Even i caught him with documented proof some months ago that somehow he hacked my personal gmail account and was accessing since i left the previous organisation and i suffered a lot to find next fresh jobs and other personal stuff as well. I had complaint against him on cyber law online complaint forum found in internet and email to the concern deptt by forwarding documented written proof email when i caught him on written as well i had complaint to his employer in USA but unfortunate NO responses from both side. This guy has all attempted to ruin my career life and still continuing with tricky fraud methods and same did with two others senior professionals too (they too complaint and raised severe allegations on him ) but this is very unfortunate that our ex- company is not entertaining us and going against him due they think it could impact on their business in India if they made out this Manager now. However, they knows well that he is corrupt and wrong person after seeing my documented visible proofs i forwarded to HR person that how he was intensively blocking with my job survival for his personal interest leveraging his manager power given by company but still they ignored us. I am seeking guidance and advice what to do to get rid of that ex- psycho manager as i scared if i go for legal action against him and company for not given my 15 days salary and to amend my relieving letter to one month notice in written than 15 days they mentioned, It all might impact negative for me in future to get hire by next employer and my personality could become as aggressive No considerable person in the corporate world.
