Redtape — replacement of product

hi, This sachin khatri and i am writing this with a deep heart that i made a purchase of black red tape shoes (fresh arrival) on 14 january 2015 from south extension and later realised that the product is realising colour from inside. After complaining for exchange, the salesman is not supporting regarding the product exchange, he asked for dropping the product for 15 days for repair but i want immediate replacement of product. Tomorrow i will be going to the showroom for the replacement of product. kindly take necessary action possible and do the needful. An immediate response would be appreciated.
