Reebok India — Fault in the make of the shoe but no replacement yet. | |||
Hi Reebok Team, This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a regular and loyal customer of Reebok. However, highly disappointed with the product this time. I have been trying to follow up with your executive Mr. Ravi at Moradabad ( U.P). However, there has been no response from Reebok yet. Problem: The shoe has the back Ankle side shape problem & back side of foot has caused lot of pain to the customer. The executive at Reebok also agrees that this is a fault in the make of the shoe. The problem has been persistent for the last 3.5 months and i have been trying to follow up for more than 2 months now. I am really expecting a prompt response and exchange of my shoe. Please respond immediately . I dont want to loose faith in the company.
