Reebok — Not Happy with my shoes

this is my first experience with Reebok and am totally unhappy with my shoes. 1) Not comfortable 2) Shape is also not proper, one shoe is rounded shape and another is ovule shape from the front. 3) In left foot shoe my little finger is scratched and am troubling with lot of pain. 4) Shoes are totally rinkled.
