Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd — Samsung unable to rectify their product

My Refrigerator has over cooling problem, samsung is not able to solve this problem. I have registered complaint with their customer care atleast 4 - 5 times within one year, but still the problem remains the same. They are not able to rectify the issue. Service engineer comes and takes their service charges. They deliberately delay the visit so that the defined duration of one month gets over before their second visit and hence they can charge the amount.
