Regent Honda Authorized Dealer Complaint — Worst Customer Service Experience | |||
I have purchased a Honda Activa 110 cc scooter from Regent Honda (Faridabad) on 10th Aug, 14. But the staff behaviour was not good even after asking in the showroom about the RC for the vehicle they told me that you can collect it from our showroom. But when i reached there they said it has not come yet you have to come again and we will call you. Even the staff behaved rudely. This was the worst experience i had on any automobile showroom. They are destroying the name of Honda in the market. I personally don't recommend this showroom for any purchase of vehicle. You can visit some other Honda Showroom and you would be happy if you get the best customer service from Honda but don't expect anything from this showroom - Regent Honda Was this information helpful? | |||

I fully agree with you.They are still doing the same thing. I have also purchased Aviator on 23 august 2015 & running after them for RC. Staff is responding like govt staff.They are not interested to listen or resolve the complaints.
