[Resolved] Relaince Communication Ltd — Relaince Broadband and phone line dead from 19th Sept 2014. | |||
My Reliance Broadband and phone line connection was dead from 19th September 2014, i have been chasing the customer care and appellate authority, but everytime they have been closing my complaints without any resolution, some of the complaint details are as below, the connection is stìll dead. 21/09/2014 Initial Customer Care Complaint ID[protected] 22/09/2014 Customer Care Complaint ID[protected] 29/09/2013 Online form Complaint ID CNM[protected] was closed without any confirmation, though the issue was not resolved. 01/10/2014 Appellate Authority replied we are looking into this no complaint Id was not provided. 04/10/2014 Appellate replied they have escalated the issue. 06/09/2014 After calling up Appellate Authority i was informed that there was no complaint logged through appellate authority and the expected time of resolution is 13 Oct 2014.
