[Resolved] Relaince GSM — Unnecessarily deduction of amount frpm account without any confirmation | |||
I bought a reliance Sim in August. Few days back called up customer service center for deducting amount from account. They activated service i said i didn't activated any service and refund my money but they didn't refund the money and didn't even forward my call to the senior. From that day I unable ro call customer care service. From last 5-6 days the amount is getting deducted from account. For this. I am trying to call the customer care services but ivr not connecting my call to customer care executives. today I again tried to call the customer care executive but issue is same. today they deducted 10 Rs from my account saying vas easy mobile service is activated. please help me out. my mobile no is [protected]. thanks and regards deepak sharma Was this information helpful? | |||
