Relaxo Footwear — Delay in delivering product and harassment of customer

Sir,
I am from west-bengal, birbhum district.I have ordered a sparx sandel 01/08/2014 and paid via visa card.But, yet i do not get my product.I am just asking that how much time relaxo takes for a delivery.
This is very irritating to any customer.when i will get my order????Now i have called in their customer sevice no-[protected].But they treat me as a dog.I think they willn't deliver my poduct.What should i do now.I am lodging this complain with a lot of hope.I want my product within 3-4 days.Please help me.
