Releasemyad.com — Add not being published even after payment confirmation.

With reference to my Ad Id 1177317. I had paid the amount of Rs 1, 019.00 and the Ad was confirmed to be released on 03/05/2015 on Sunday. I was surprised to find out that my Ad did not appear as committed. Since their customer care sleeps on sunday and saturday and is avaialable from 10-6. I phoned them on moday for a long time they kept me shifting to their customer care which did not pick the phone. After 4th try somebody told me that I would get a reply by mail.

In the evening I got a mail from them saying the ad was confirmed to be release as they had send it to the publication house and it got missed or got published they will check and inform within 2 business days.

after 2 business days and nothing happened I talked with thier customer care representative. He assured me that he will check the matter very speedly (Now I laugh at this) and the ad will appear on the next booking date I choose if it had not appeared. After a few minutes I got another email from their customer care that they are looking for the problem and I will get a reply within the next 2 business days.

It is not about money. But time. They keep on repeating that they will try to look into the matter and if the ad is missing they will publish it on the next business day. I do not want the ad to be published now as what is the use of an ad that was about recruitment not to be published on the set date. Also I want the person responsible to be punished so that this kind of situation does not happen. They have wasted so much of my time and they feel everything is OK.

With refrence to my Ad Id: 1177317. I had deposited Rs1019 for the Ad to be printed on 03/05/2015. They had confirmed the ad to be printed but did not do so. When I contact their customer care they said they will reply with 2 business days. Today it has been more than 4 business days they have not replied nor have they refunded my money.

I want to warn all against this company. They took the money and never published my advertisement.

I had requested for a Thanksgiving Ad for Infant Jesus on 25th Feb in the Deccan Herald Bangalore edition. And I could not find the article in the paper but the money was cut. Please refund it
