[Resolved]  Reliance 3G — Bad service given by the operator

Sir I'm a reliance gsm user. I activated reliance 3g pack of rupees 156, in which they mentioned that 1 gb 3g data will be given. But from last few days, when my data remaining was 400+ mb, i was experiencing very poor internet speed (even less than a 2g pack). When i checked my data balance today, i saw 350 mb remaining in my 3g data, 490 mb remaining in my 2g data and 0 mb remaining in fair usage data. Then i googled for fair usage policy. It simply states that a user will be provided certain amount of data as high speed internet and after that, normal speed will be given. They did not tell me about the criteria of data. After all this mental trauma, i again subscribed for a 3g pack of rupees 73, in which my operator promised me for 1 gb 3g data. But even after installing a new 3g pack, i'm getting a very pathetic speed, same as before. And when i checked my data balance, it was now 1347 mb in 3g data, 490 mb in 2g data and 0 mb in fair usage data. I don't know what do my operator MEAN by fair usage policy. But i think they have to pay me that speed back or else this application will not just stick to a complaint forum, it'll then go to the consumer court. In addition, it is my utter duty to inform you that i tried endless times to connect to their customer care executive and to share my problems with them, but after waiting on hold mode for about 30-40 minutes, their IVRS automatically disconnects my call. So there is no customer support in this company. Also they've deduced some non-sense VAS service charges without my request. I have all those messages in which they've deduced 10+3+3+10+10=36 rupees from my mobile account. I want that money back. Sincerely Shivaji Mahendra [protected] P.S. Anyways, it's not my duty to teach you business ethics, still if you fail to process my complaint, you will lose one customer and then others too, step by step.
