My email id is:[protected]@gmail.com This to bring to your kind notice that i shubham raj jaiswal s/o mr. Raj hans jaiswal is a customer of reliance broadband services. From 28th august till 20th september 3:23pm internet connection was not working. I called many times to their toll free number i. E.[protected] almost every day but they easily gave replies that sir don't worry your net connection problem will solve within 24 hours, but it didn't. On 19th september when i talked to one of their costumer representatives rudely, he gave me another toll free number [protected] to which i made a call. I was fully frustrated till the time the person from this number gave the reply to me that within 4 days your connection will be reestablished. I also asked him for the bill, he replied that your bill will be waived from 28th august to 19th september if your would have not used the net connection. After about half an hour, net connection was established. After which i called them back that the connection has started working and now what about the bill. This girl replied that you will not be refunded. My reliance telephone is still not working with number[protected], no dial tone is coming. Today i again made them a call and they said mail it to us at [protected]@relianceada.com. I am going to send them the mail. Please look into the complaint, they are saying that they will not wave back the amount (Which i haven't used). Was this information helpful? | |||||
