Reliance Big Tv — Extra deduction and not resuming of service after recharge | |||||
Dear Team, my customer care id is[protected] and I shifted my residence from Delhi to Noida UP Sector 120. I resistered a complain with yoiur customer care and was suggested to recharge with Rs.270 which I did on 2nd May. I was inform that you bill be charged Rs. 350 as instalation charge which I paid to the engineer visited my house in cash. After one day of instalation my account got suspended and on enquiry was told that my balance is negative. I have to recharge again as mechanich would not have recharge that instalation charge in my account. I asked mechanic details then was informed that you have to take care we send rendom call to maechanic and dont have any record who visited my house. againn complain lodged and account got activated which subsequently got suspended repeatadely. I asked how much I have to recharge then your customer care rep suggested to recharge Rs. 1906/- which did and again was informed that my account got deduct ed some balance with recharge itself as my account was on daily balance reduction mode. I am not realy able to understand the kind of service being provided by reliance Big TV. Please look into and resolve the issue and please activate my pack for 8 moth as per recharge amount.
