[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — not providing service at relocation after deducting the charges | |||
I SMART card holder no.[protected] requested for relocation after recharging required amount on 17 Aug 14. The request could not be resolved till date. On 21 Aug while checking I was told that the complain has been resolved though no technician had visited the house. On further enquiry i was told that the complain was closed due to technical problem. I had no option but to register fresh complain on same date i.e 21 Aug 14.. After contacting of customer care CSEs several times the problem was not solved. On 28 Aug again I was told that the complain has been resolved though no technician had visited the house. Please inform the me whether I will get the service for which I have already paid to Big TV. In between the CSEs, the Sr Dept staff & the floor supervisors have used fake names while interacting with me and were not able to resolve my problem and were disconnecting the call.. Now I had no option but to go for legal action as already 840 hrs have been elapsed against the usual time of 48 hrs to resolve any complain. This is the big mistake in my life for choosing Big TV. As per my experience it is the total fraud company as all the personnel employed looting people in disguise by making fraud
