[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — setup box not getting on

registered complaint with the company for the above issue on 17th of october, but still no technician turned up. but the customer care people are repeatedly telling the same thing, that the problem will be solved and technician will also contact u. they told within 48 hrs the problem will be solved, but so far no improvement. very worst customer service
