[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Sevice suspended | |||
We are customer of reliance digital tv, for more than seven years. This time we got a technical issue that we were not getting any channels. So we called reliance digital TV customer care centre. The executives informed us that they shall send a technical person to correct the issue, and we need to recharge the account with 175 rupees. We agreed and registered a complaint. The very next day our account got deducted with 175 rupees without any technical assistance. when we informed this details to customer care executive, they registered another complaint and again 175 rupees got deducted from our account and due to insufficient balance we are not getting any channels. We informed customer care executive about these cases and registered a refund request. On 4th of this month, we registered the refund request and customer care person told us that within 3days refund will be done. we waited for 3 days.
