Reliance BPO — Till now i didn't get my pf amount

Hi this is jothi. I had been worked in Reliance Bpo in chennai (ambatur india land) at the period of may 2010 to nov 2011.i applied for my PF amount 2 times. but till now i didn't get my amount. and the hr told to dont close the bank account untill my pf amt credited in my account . so i deposited 3000 rs in my bank acconut. but now my bal is 00. i asked the bank manager for what reason my balance getting zero, they are telling its salary account so we debited the interest ... so plz do needful i need my pf amt..and i want to close my account after i ill receive my pf amt.
