[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — A big fraud - have cheated me and giving all lies in reply. | |||
On 20th of September I had taken a broadband connection by paying Rs.1956 BY CHECK which later I got to know that I was charged excess in terms of VAT and Service charge. After that I got a bill of RS.690 for just 20 days, though I had taken a 699 pack of 2 Mbps unlimited data for one month. Then for the next month that is from 11th Oct to 11th Nov, I got a bill of Rs.930, but before I could pay that my Internet connection stopped working from the 26th of November. I went to complain to their office where I was told that my check of Rs. 1956 got bounced so they disconnected my service, and I was asked to pay a cash amount there. Also when I asked about the excess bill, I was told that I was being charged for some landline connection which I never even had. I did not pay the amount. I then called my concerned bank to confirm about the same, where I was shocked to hear that there was no such check bounce issue. I am extremely frustrated with all these. And I want the reliance people to solve this matter at high priority, I have lost all my calm and patience by calling them hundred times and going to their office equal number of times. I want my internet to be working just fine, and a refund of all the excess amount that I have been charged since the time of installation. Was this information helpful? | |||

Oh my God. I can't believe this. I get a call from Reliance people saying that they cannot take care of what is going on in entire Maharashtra and telling me that they will activate my service immediately, which is still not done. Also telling me to repay the Installation charge again by today evening. The number from which I got the call is [protected]. I do not want your service anymore, and I also want my money to be refunded asap. Stop harassing people this way.
