Reliance Broadband — Bill of closed connection | |||
I am Ankit Mishra from Kolkata. I studied in Jaipur for 4 years. I used broadband at one rented apartment for few months, then i terminated the connection as i was moving with my friends in another apartment. At the new place i requested for new connection after 3 months of shifting. There were no problems things were smooth. When my studies got over i requested for termination again as i was going back home. They mailed me bills even after termination. I contacted Mr. Saket head of reliance broadband in Jaipur, he resolved my issue. I got a new termination no.[protected] After few more months reliance started sending me bills even of old connection this time. Actually i am not even sure what bills are they. My old connection ID[protected] My new connection id was[protected] Please help Was this information helpful? | |||

The level of harassment I am facing right now is unbelievable.
I will never buy anything of reliance ever in my life.
I talked to Irfan the no. above given, he seems to have only one mantra "pay your bills".
I said him, what for? I have termination no., he says things did'nt go well while terminating your service, you have to pay your bills.
2 days back i sent a friend of mine in Jaipur branch to meet Mr. Raj Kumar he seemed very good person, he said me to contact him after 1 week, he has requested to waive off my "both" bills. But Mr. Irfan from Mumbai branch says Raj Kumar is just a branch head he won't be able to do anything, and you have to pay your bills.
I don't really know what bills are they for? Please help.
