Reliance Broadband — Billing and bad service | |||||
I had purchased broadband plan by reliance sell executive after installation his connection work for good but after one week conection start connecting disconnecting so from 24 hours it's only work 4-5 hours correctly I copmlain about it to consumer forum and they say we will fix it in 24 hour but in actual they take 12 days to fix connection after this again it work fine for one week after that it start same issue I complained again to consumer forum now it's over one month my connection is still dead but reliance is sending bill to me and asking for pay this bill. I email regarding then I got this message "Your services are temporarily suspended due to non payment of previous due amount of Rs. 1565.01/- for the bill dated[protected] Hence, we request you to make the payment at the earliest in order to restore your services." So he want from me to pay money for their dead connection but not interested to resolve issue and make it in working mode. So friend beware from purchasing broadband from reliance they will only stole your money by name of installation fee and service take but you will never get a service from reliance Reliance is third class company if you ask for services. I am thinking to move for consumer forum to get back my all money because it's happen with me 2 time Was this information helpful? | |||||
