Reliance Broadband — broadband modem issue not resolved after 12 days | |
My reliance broadband subscriber id is[protected]. The broadband modem has not been working since 26th november. I had registered a complaint on 26th nov itself(service request id[protected]. I called the customer care more than 10 times, always they were telling that i would get a call from technical team and issue would be resolved in 24 hours. When i called the customercare last saturday they told me that the issue is already closed and created new complaint(service request id[protected]. Still no resolution, called yesterday too, but same response. Was this information helpful? | |
