User id[protected], My broadband is not working from 25th June, network adapter stating "network cable unplugged". Earlier complaints in this month [protected] June [protected] June [protected] June [protected] June I tried complaining several times on[protected] but all the complaints get closed within 24 hours by locals.Not a single call for comfirmation, or no ER. has visited to solve my problem before closing all these complaints.Basically no action has been taken regarding my problem from past these days.
