Reliance Broadband — Broadband suspended without any intimation | |||
Hi, I am a Reliance netconnect datacard customer since 4 years. My no is [protected]. I had been prompt in paying the bills also. I was not able to connect the datacard since yesterday[protected] evening. Today morning I called their customer service and they told me that my number has been suspended and I had requested for a conversion to prepaid. I have never requested for a prepaid conversion and I had paid my latest bill of Rs 1200 on 21st Oct'14. I had changed my plan from 10 GB to 40 GB, then why should I migrate to prepaid option??. They are telling I had given a request, but in fact I have not even thought of doing that as I am happy with post paid. I am now absolutely embarrassed and frustrated with these kind of things happening and I am not able to use the internet because of the mistake from their side.
