[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Connection down from 14th october | |||
I booked new broadband connection from reliance and it got installed on 30th September. My Broadband is not working from 14th October, I have contacted customer care numerous times but they only have one response "we have escalated this request on high priority". They keep me waiting on calls as long as 40 mins. No Engineer visit has been arranged yet. I asked them the reason why it is not working, but they have no answer for me. DO NOT BOOK RELIANCE BROADBAND NO MATTER HOW LUCRATIVE THEIR PLANS ARE, COZ IT DOESNT WORK!!! AND CUSTOMER CARE KEEPS PROVING THEY ARE USELESS AS AND THEY HAVE BRAIN SMALLER THAN EXCEL SHEET PROVIDED BY THEIR BOSSES!! Was this information helpful? | |||
