Reliance Broadband — Connection Issue and wrong bill charged

Hi, I am very disappointed with reliance customer care and their connection problems. This month they deactivated my connection for 6 days and i lost 2, 500 to 35, 00 Rs. because of this. I asked customer care and they told the time period, my connection is not working they will less some money from my bill.But after that when i saw my bill they are charging full bill. I complained about it but they are not agree to give me waver. My connection was deactivated from 4th of April to 9th April. And after that there are 4 times when their connection was not working for the whole night, but they are not willing to give me any waver. If I am late to give their bill even 1 day they will deactivate my connection.But if their connection is not working even 4-6 days they only said " Sorry." Is there not any value of customer? They only want their bill. Whether customer is getting connection or not or customer losing his money because of them. They are even not agree to give him waver. But in any condition they only want their bill. I am asking again "Is customer's money is worthless?'' I am losing my money because of them, but every rule is there for only company not for customer. When customer lose his money, he is going to receive only " Sorry" from customer care. But this time i want waver because of their attitude and my continuous loss.

Worst customer service ever. Not willing to give me any waver. But I don't want waver, I only want good and working connection, but they only want my bill and not willing to give me proper connection. Thieves are even better than them.
