I have requested them for termination of my broadband connection on 17th augest
and received confirmation call.But after 3 days i called them and they said that I have chosen to retain connection and some Mr. Yeswinder, there local agent talked to me about that.But he just asked me that is your connection working now..and i said yes...thats it and he ended the call .When i called cutomer care they said they can't do anything and i have to request again for termination..I hane requested again but every time I call then they say...it will be done in 1-2 days...WTF..how to beieve them..now I am leaving the city, my user id is[protected]..dont belive them...[censored]eeeeeeeee...FAKE, , , , , FAKE Was this information helpful? |
