Reliance Broadband — got no internet connection expects lots of bills

Dear sir. i am awtar kishan having reliance broadband in my home been a real mess. I hv given all the documents on1st april but they added my connection after two months.besides more than100 calls and several office visits. my connection worked only for one day and then i was blocked. they are telling your bill for two months is pending. I want my all money back with interest of 2 % per months. All the staff members are so iritating dont know how to behave.and even spells abusive words. All the time they say lie and hv different story to tell. i dont want the connection.i want my money back as soon as possible. My username.
