Reliance Broadband — Net Not working Even After 14 days[protected] | |||
Hi Reliance Team, My net is not working even after filling infinite number of complaints through IVR and customer care.They told to me that it will be resolved within 24 H but nothing happened and no one care to call me. They automatically closed my complaint after 12 H by saying that it was auto closed by server itself. No one is taking responsibility and told me that your complaint is even not there and even if it is there we can't reopen that. First complaint was filed on 5th of April and it was closed automatically by server end. A new complaint was register yesterday and was auto closed today by server end. I think server takes the decision on Reliance team not the people who are handing internet traffic. Customer care people were not helping me at all and they even disconnected my call N number of times. I've recording of what i went through and it clearly proves that your people are misbehaving and not at all professtional. After 18 days, Problem is not resolved.Please don't make assumption. No one called me for my feedback. A technician called me and told me that my complaint has been resolved and i wonder no one visited my house how can this be resolved. I checked the same and found that nothing was resolved. Please do something.
I need to know what is the SLA for this. I'm not going to pay for these 20 days at all. You guys don't listen to what i'm here to say. No one cared to call for my feedback.
I want to question that Service care person who informed you that my complaint has been resolved. You guys don't even check and what is wrong with this organization.
