Reliance Broadband — No response for complaint against internet not working

Dear sir/madam, I have reliance broadband connection and my internet is not working since 23 August 2015. I keep on calling the customer care[protected] everyday but they reply the same that "Your request is under process and will be resolved soon" or "Our technician will visit you in 24 hours" . My email Id Is [protected]@gmail.com . Please do needful. User ID :[protected] Complain no. :[protected]
